Wowzers, that was a busy week as we settle back into the routine of school and work! I’m glad it’s the weekend for a little down time as we check things off the list for things to do around the house!
Today, I’m sharing with you the projects that we made this week in our Wednesday Night Crafty Session. This week I featured the Charming Sentiments Bundle that you can find in the 2022 Annual Catalogue. This stamp set is a Million Dollar Achiever bundle and was designed by Lisa Curcio a demonstrator from the United States.
In our Crafty Session Facebook Lives on Wednesday night, we made 3 projects that featured a card, a treat holder and a fancy fold that all included the Charming Sentiments Bundle.
Our first projects is a Grateful card that features the Tree Ringed Hybrid Embossing Folder and dies. I love when you can mix and match products to create a gorgeous card!
Our second project for in our Crafty Session was a treat holder. I wanted to let my coworkers know I was thinking of them and wishing them a great start to the new school year!
Our last project for our Crafty Session was a Fancy Fold card. I paired the Charming Sentiments Bundle with the Soft Seedling Stamp set to create this gorgeous card!

When I sat down to create my projects I knew that I wanted to show you a Fancy Fold card. I absolutely love this fancy fold template and have used it on many different projects!
The next project that I want to share with you is a Christmas card done with the Lighthouse Point. When I was creating my projects I thought it would be fun to decorate a lighthouse for the holidays! I think this is one of my top favourite cards that I have made!

I can’t believe how fast the weeks are going! It just felt like yesterday was Sunday and now it’s the weekend again! Well, the good news is that means it’s time to relax, hang out on the deck and stamp in your room!
This week I’m featuring samples made with the Lighthouse Point Bundle. This bundle is gorgeous and one that you can use for so many different occasions. Think birthday, thank you, thinking of you, retirement are a few that pop into my mind.
Each month at our team gatherings, I ask someone on my team to do a presentation where they do a show and share to the rest of the team. They can pick what products they want to highlight and then share some samples with us. Back in May, my downline Laurie presented the Lighthouse Point Bundle and she did an amazing job with her samples. I was very lucky when she shared this sample with me and of course, I had to share it with you!
Isn’t this card gorgeous! I love the shading in the background as it look like we are looking at a sunset on the pier!

Thanks for stopping by today, I hope you are having a great day! When I first took a glance at the 2022 Annual catalogue, the first set that I fell in love with and order was the Lighthouse Point Bundle. I’m a huge fan of Nautical things and knew that I had to have this set in my collection!
I love anything that has to do with the ocean, the water and lighthouses. When we travel, I’m always on the lookout for lighthouse and usually take tons of photo so I can use put them in frames for home decor!
My project day was inspired by a card that my team member Laurie made. I love the layout so much that I thought I would recreate in a different colour scheme. One of my favourite Stampin’ Up! colours is Coastal Cabana as it reminds me of the beautiful waters over in Greece!
My water was stamped in Coastal Cabana ink onto a piece of Basic White card stock. I just randomly stamped the water images across the card layer. My sand is created from Crumb Cake card stock that I torn to give it that rough edge look. My rocks were stamped in Smoky Slate onto a piece of Smoky Slate card stock and then I fussy cut them out. The birds are stamped in Memento Ink and come from the stamp set Waves of Inspiration. These two stamp sets works beautifully together!
My lighthouse was diecut from the Lighthouse Dies and the following colours of Black, Real Red and White card stock.

Today, I’m sharing one of the samples that I made with this suite. I wanted to showcase the gorgeous paper and the one of the gnomes. I thought creating a kindness card would be great as we could all use a little more kindness in the world these days!
My Gnome was stamped in Memento Ink onto a scrap piece of Basic White card stock, Then using my Stampin’ Blends I coloured him in.
I love how simple and easy this card was to create and one that you could easily switch up for different occasions. I can’t wait to share the other projects that I made with this suite!

I’m excited to share with you today our projects that we made in our Crafting Session tonight. This week we have been focusing on the Splendid Day Suite that you can find in the July and December 2022 Mini Catalogue. This new suite is gorgeous with its beautiful foil designer series paper and one that you can use for many different occasions.
Today in our Crafting Session, we created two projects using the products from the Splendid Day Suite. Back in June, I participated in an event with Stampin’ Up! called Creativity Now. During this 4 hour event, we created make and takes with the Splendid Day Suite, watch behind the scenes video on how this suite came to live and watch presentations from other demonstrators. I really like the projects and the techniques and wanted to share them with you.
The first project that I share with you was a technique card that featured water colouring. I love how we used the Stampin’ Blends to create a watercolour wash background.
This card you could easily switch up for different occasions or themes.
The second project I’m sharing with you showcases how to add a white background using Blending Brushes.
I love how this card turned out! It’s reminds me of flowers grow by a building!
