Hot Air Balloon Hooray It’s your Birthday Card – Crafty Session #112

Hello,

Hope you had a great weekend! It’s been a quiet one around here as we had a big snow storm that started on Friday night and lasted till this morning. We had heavy snow, blowing snow, rain, ice pellets, more snow and now colder temperatures as we are current sitting at – 24 with the windchill. Yikes, means it’s a great day to stay inside!

This past week, I have been sharing projects made with the Sunny Days Designer Series Paper along with the Hot Air Balloon Bundle. You won’t think these two product go together but they are a match made in Heaven!

This has to be my favourite pattern in the paper pack! I absolutely love the colour combination of Pool Party and Shaded Spruce! Plus, just looking at the rainbows make me happy especially on this snowy day!

Merriest Tree Tag Christmas Card – Crafty Session #106

Hello,

Happy Sunday! It’s been awhile since, I last wrote a blog post so let me catch you up what has been going on. It’s been very busy around here with prepping and hosting two classes and a team meeting. Honestly, last Sunday night, I was so exchausted that I had to relax on the couch watching some Hallmark Christmas shows. I have spent this week catching up on relaxing and working behind the scenes in my studio.

A week ago, in our Crafty Session Facebook LIve, we created a card with the Merriest Tree Bundle that you can find in the Sept to Dec catalogue. I’m excited to say that this stamp set and die is carrying over into another publication in 2024. But, it won’t be bundle, so now is the time to order it while you can save 10% off till Jan 3.

While I was scrolling social media, I saw a sketch with a tag layout and thought it would work perfect for my card. The neat thing about the Merriest Tree stamp set and dies, you can cut out 5 different sizes of trees, that way you can customize your own projects.

Happy Halloween!

Hello,

Happy Halloween! It’s been a while since we last chatted. Let me catch you on what has been going on in these last few weeks. You might have remember that I hosted a big Demo Event on Oct 21 and it was amazing. I will be sharing photos and recap in the next bit for you. It was a day filled with stamping, inspiration, swapping and creating. Honestly, it was day that filled my bucket as I spent time with my team!

Then, early the next morning, I got sick and was so sick that I wasn’t even in my craft room till later in the week. Whatever, I had it was nasty and took me down for the week. Even a trip to the doctor’s as I thought I had Strep Throat only to find out it was a nasty virus.

Finally, starting to feel better and I’m playing catch up in my studio tonight while I wait for the little Trick or Treaters!

I’m sharing a photo of my puppy as we wait for our trick or treaters. We were outside in the front yard in the leaves and my neighbour captured this gorgeous photo of him! Look at my little lobster!

Hope you have a great rest of the night, and try not to eat too much chocolate! I know it’s really hard this time of year!

Happy stamping,
