It’s an extra long weekend here in Canada as we celebrate our Thanksgiving Weekend. The girls and I have had a great weekend with lots of family time, working outside getting the house ready for winter and checking things off our to do list. I manage to sneak some time in my studio for some creating, which was so needed!
Each week, I go live in our Stamp with Anne Facebook page to bring you a crafty session that showcase 3 projects around a product. Sometimes the product is a stamp set or a bundle! Then after the video, I share the measurements for the projects, so it’s a FREE project tutorial for you each week!
Last week we focus on the gorgeous Soft Seedling stamp set and the Four Corner Technique. I saw this technique share by my good friend Mary Knabe and once I saw simply it was, I had to give it a try! Thanks for the inspiration Mary!!
Here is the sample of the sheet before we cut into it. I love the bright Fall colours of Daffodil Delight, Pumpkin Pie, Pear Pizzaz and Cherry Cobbler.
Once you cut the paper into Four equal parts, you will create four layers that you will turn into 4 cards.
Aren’t these samples gorgeous! I love the bright colours in them. I also share another version of this technique in the video.

I can’t believe how fast the weeks are going! It just felt like yesterday was Sunday and now it’s the weekend again! Well, the good news is that means it’s time to relax, hang out on the deck and stamp in your room!
This week I’m featuring samples made with the Lighthouse Point Bundle. This bundle is gorgeous and one that you can use for so many different occasions. Think birthday, thank you, thinking of you, retirement are a few that pop into my mind.
Each month at our team gatherings, I ask someone on my team to do a presentation where they do a show and share to the rest of the team. They can pick what products they want to highlight and then share some samples with us. Back in May, my downline Laurie presented the Lighthouse Point Bundle and she did an amazing job with her samples. I was very lucky when she shared this sample with me and of course, I had to share it with you!
Isn’t this card gorgeous! I love the shading in the background as it look like we are looking at a sunset on the pier!

Hope you had a great weekend! It was another hot and humid one here which was a good excuse to stay inside and check somethings off the to do list! I don’t know about you, but I’m ready for Fall weather and everything that fall has to offer!
With all this hot and humid weather we really do have some amazing sunshines each night! I love watching how quick the sky changes in colours from one colour to the next. Its so stunning and beautiful!
My inspiration for my card today came from those gorgeous sunsets. Awhile back I was having fun creating a variety of background with the Alcohol Blending Technique that I decided to create this card with one of them. For my colours of Stampin’ Blends, I used Pumpkin Pie, Daffodil Delight and Real Red. Want to learn how to do this cool background, you can click here to watch my video.
The trees came from the Beauty Trees dies. I embossed the top of my tree with the Bark 3D Embossing Folder, I must in your collection! The grassy hill was created with the Basic Borders dies.

Hope you are having a great start to your weekend! It’s been a rainy day here which meant it was the perfect day to spend sometime in my studio! Since it was raining, I decided to do a pop up Facebook Live on my Stamp with Anne Business Page featuring a sneak peak from the new July to December Catalogue that will start on Aug 3rd.
Introducing the new Penguin Place Bundle. OMG…these penguins are adorable and I can’t stop stamping and creating with them. The best part is they have a coordination punch that goes with it.
I decided to play along with this week’s CASE the Designer Challenge over at Global Design Projects. This was Project #300. When you CASE the designer you can choose to CASE the layout, colour scheme, the theme or image and then make it your own. I really like the background wash and thought it was the perfect place to start with my CASE.
How adorable are these wintery friends?? So you are probably wondering where the adorable animals come from? They come from the new Penguin Playmate Designer Series Paper that will be part of the second Sale-A-Bration that will run from Aug 3rd to Sept 30. You can choose this paper with every $60 order during SAB (Sale-A-Bration)

Today, I’m sharing a project that we made back in June during one of our Monday Night Crafting Sessions. This was week #26 and we made a quick and easy card with the Turtle Friends Bundle.
On my card, I used the Alcohol Blending Technique and used some of the leftover vellum pieces that I had made in a previous projects. You can watch here to learn how to do this very trendy technique!

Hope you are having a great start to your week! Sorry for lack of post this past week it was a little crazy around here. School is winding down here and with that comes lots of task to do for students as we prep for the next school year. Plus we had a Graduation in the house as my oldest graduated from the University of Waterloo on Friday. Sadly her graduation ceremony was virtual but we had fun celebrating her on Friday! So with all this going on meant not much time in my studio to craft and work my business!
Today, I’m sharing a project that we made in our Monday Night Crafting Session. I’m popping in to share a Monday Night Crafting Session project with you. For this crafting session we focus on the Hats Off Bundle. Honestly, I have to admit this was one bundle that was not on my shopping radar. But after my good friend Rose shared her adorable projects with me, I had to order it and I’m so glad that I did.
In our Facebook Live, I share with them how to create the cool background for the hat using the Alcohol Blending Technique. This technique is very hot and trendy now and it’s very simple to do. All you need is Stampin’ Blends, Vellum Card Stock, Water Painters and Rubbing Alcohol that is at least 75% or higher.
One of the feature I love about the Hats Off bundle is that you can use it to create projects for the young and old and any gender. It’s one of those bundles that you want to have in your collections as it so versatile.
