Hope you are having a great start to your week!
Last week Stampin’ Up! introduced a new Hot Foil System, hot foil dies and hot foil rolls. Now, I know that the Hot Foiling is not new to the crafting market, but it’s new to Stampin’ Up! and me. I have never used one before and let me tell you that I’m hooked! It’s actually kind of addicting!
Last week I stopped in to see my good friend Mary in Ohio on my way home from helping my daughter move into her place in Indiana. We had a great few days together! The best part was helping her open up her Hot Foil System, showing her how to use it and then creating samples together for her Youtube Live.
The first Hot Foil Die that we created with was the Garden Silhouette Hot Foil Die. This die is a background die that creates a beautiful garden silhouette. Our first time playing with the Garden Silhouette die we decided to use the Gold Foil and Berry Burst Two Tone Cardstock. OMG, it was stunning!
We did one on the light side of Berry Burst Two Tone Cardstock and then another sample on the darker side of the Berry Burst Two Tone Samples.
Which one do you prefer? It’s a hard decision as I love both of them, but do love how it pops on the Secret Sea Cardstock.
