Welcome to Christmas in July! This week we will be showcasing A Stitched Season Suite that was part of the July Online Exclusives released.
When I first saw this suite, I was flooded with memories of my sweet Mother in Law Kay. Kay was avid quilter and I’m very blessed to have many of her beautiful quilts around our house. As soon as I saw suite, I knew that I had to have.
My card today is one that we made yesterday at our team gathering. This was one of their Make and Takes. Our make and takes were designed around the A Stitched Season Suite.
This card came together very quickly as I used one of the pattern paper from the A Stitched Season Designer Series Paper as the focus for my project. The Cherry Cobbler and Peaceful Pine snowflakes were die cut from the Stitched Stocking Dies and glue onto the quilted pattern.
My greeting was stamped in Peaceful Pine ink onto a die cut label. The label also came from the Stitched Stocking Dies. Finally I wrapped the Real Red Stitched Ribbon around my card and created a bow with it. Don’t you just love the quilt look on this card!

- Peaceful Pine Cardstock – 5 1/2″ by 8 1/2″
- Cherry Cobbler Cardstock – 3 3/4″ by 5 1/4″
- A Stitched Season Designer Series Paper – 3 1/2″ by 5 1/8″
