Hope you are having a great day! It’s a rainy one here which means it’s a great day to stay in my craft room and stamp! I’m working on upcoming projects and I can’t wait to show them with you!
Today, I’m sharing with you our double page scrapbook layout that we created using the gorgeous Seaside Wishes Bundle. I have to admit, this was one bundle that was not on my radar to purchase, but after borrowing a friend’s set and create with it, I had to purchase it! If you love to travel, then you will want this in your collection!
My page was created with the Country Woods Designer Series Paper as it was the perfect match for my design. Reminds me of walking on wood planks as you make your way to the beach.
I paired it with Crumb Cake, and Pool Party which are colours that remind me of the seaside. I stamped the starfish in Crumb Cake Ink Pad and then die cut it out with the Seaside Wishes dies. The really cool thing about this bundle is that it’s a Hybrid Embossing Folder which means that you can emboss and die cut at the same time.
I love how realistic looking the sea urchins, the starfish and the sand dollars look. The added elements on my page looks like we have gather them on our beach day.
Now my page doesn’t have photo’s yet as my daughter is heading to the beach soon and she will be trying out surfing, so I’m waiting to see what pictures she captures that day for me. Hopefully she finds some sand dollars for us.
