Hope you are having a great day! It’s a very hot and humid day here in Ontario. With the humidity it feels like close to 42 degree celsius which for my American friends it’s close to 105. Either way, it’s way too hot to be outside but a perfect day to stay inside and craft!
Today, I’m sharing the project that we made last night in our Monday night Crafty Session. This week we are focusing on the Charming Duck Pond Bundle that features the Charming Duck Pond stamp set and Charming Duck Pond dies. It’s part of the Lily Lane Pond Suite.
In the video, I shared with you how you can start with a sketch and use the pieces to create a card. The sketch that we used in our project, you can find on page 22 of the 2024 Annual catalogue.

What did you think of this adorable card? Isn’t’ that duck the cutest ever? I love how we used the duck from the pattern paper as inspiration to colour our duck image.
Measurements for my card:
- Gray Granite card base – 5 1/2″ by 8 1/2″ score at 4 1/4″
- Pretty in Pink card stock – 3″ by 4″
- Basic White card stock – 2 3/4″ by 3 3/4″
- Scraps of Lily Lane Pond Designer Series Paper
- Scraps of Pretty Peacock, Granny Apple Green and White card stock
