Warm and Toasty Fancy Fold Card

Hello,

This past week on my Stamp with Anne Facebook Page, I shared an adorable Fancy Fold card created with the Warm and Toasty stamp set. I first saw this unique fancy fold on my friend’s Patty Blog and when I saw it I thought it would be perfect fit for my project that I wanted to create with the Warm and Toasty stamp set. Thanks for the inspiration Patty!

This fancy fold is called a Book Style fold as it folds open like a book. Isn’t that Polar Bear adorable, he is skating by to send you Christmas wishes!

I have shared this video to my YOUTUBE CHANNEL or you can watch it below. Want to see more videos from me, be sure to subscribe to my YOUTUBE channel.

I thought I would make my Polar Bear skating in snowy night! I used the Winter Snow Embossing folder to emboss the white card stock. I added a piece of the Trimming the Town Stripes pattern paper as it was the perfect match to the colours I was using on my project.

EDIT TO ADD:

My Misty Moonlight card stock is 1″ by 5 1/4″ and the Trimming the Town Designer Series Paper is 3/4″ by 5″. These are the pieces that go on the left side of the fancy fold.

Which polar bear colour combination do you like better? Are you team blue or team red? I would love to know!

Tip of the Week: Colouring Rhinestones with Stampin’ Blends

Hello,

The sun is shining here and it feels great! I have a quick post to share with you today.

When you are creating, do you ever wish that you had a certain colour of Rhinestone? I know that I always do! But good news..you can create your own coloured Rhinestones with our Stampin’ Blends. As you can see in the picture above, I used the dark Rococo Rose Stampin’ Blend to colour my Rhinestones. You want to make sure you are using the brush tip of the Stampin’ Blend as this will give you the best coverage to colour your rhinestone with.

This was the project that I shared with you yesterday but I wanted to share the picture with you today to show you how the coloured Rhinestone looks on the card. I love how it adds that extra touch to your project!

Need to Order Supplies: You can either email me your order OR you can head to my ONLINE STORE.  Don’t forget to use the HOSTESS CODE: 76WUTWTB. Order over $50 you will qualify for my Customer Thank You Special for the month of April. I will be posting the new hostess special this weekend!

Thanks for stopping by and enjoy the rest of your day!

Product Highlight Featuring the 2018-2020 Incolours

Hello,

Exciting new things happening on my Stamp with Anne platforms and I’m excited to share them with you! After doing some thinking as I try to figure out a plan that works for me with my social media plan, I realized that I need more of a focus on what I was creating meaning I need a purpose when I sat down to create. So after some thinking and working out details, I’m excited to share that starting this week, I will be doing Product Highlights where I will pick one product and create a variety of projects around that product and show you different ways to use it.

Let me introduce to you this week product highlight….the 2018-2020 Incolours!!!

The bright and cheery colour collection of Blueberry Bushel, Call Me Clover, Grapefruit Grove, Lovely Lipstick and Pineapple Punch will all be retiring on June 2, 2020. Now I can tell you that many of these items will sell out fast once Stampin’ Up! released the Retiring List next week. So I would recommend that you order these products early to ensure you get your favourites before they are gone for good!

When I sat down to create my projects for the week, I pulled out all the 2018-2020 Incolour products I had so I knew what I wanted to focus on as I created my projects. My project today features the Call Me Clover, Pineapple Punch and Lovely Lipstick Stampin’ Blend markers. I love my Stampin’ Blend markers as they make colouring so easy!!!

I decided to pull out the It’s Starts With Art stamp set. As this set has the perfect images for colouring! I love the spool of ribbon and thought it would be fun to highlight my marker colours in the ribbon.

Once I had my images all colour, next it was time to find some pattern paper with the 2018-2020 Incolours in it, I decided to go with the Dinoroar designer series paper as it had gorgeous colour of Lovely Lipstick it.  With focusing on certain products this week, it has really made me go through my inventory and see what I have and what I need to use before they retire on June 2, 2020.

Remember you have till June 2, 2020 to order these 2018-2020 Incolours products, BUT I can tell you in the past they have sold out  very quickly once the Retiring List for the 2019-2020 Annual catalogue is released which will be later next week.

Want to create my project at home, I have listed all the supplies below for you, all you need to do is click on the picture and it will take you to my ONLINE Store where you can order these product. The best part is that it will ship right to your door. OR you can email me your order and I will add it to my order going on Thursday night.

Need to Order Supplies: You can either email me your order OR you can head to my ONLINE STORE.  Don’t forget to use the HOSTESS CODE: 76WUTWTB AND if you bump up your order to $50 you will qualify for my Customer Thank You Special for the month of April.

Thanks for stopping by and have a great rest of your day!

No Matter the Weather Alternate Card

Hello,

Today, I’m sharing with you alternate project that I created with the No Matter the Weather Paper Pumpkin Monthly Kit. I adore the stamp sets in this kit especially the boots and have to say by far it’s my favourite one in a long time!!

When I was creating my cards for today, I made two cards that are very similar in designs, the only thing differences is the colours. I created one in the brights patterns and then one in the 2019-2020 Incolours colours.

When I was looking for a colour combo, I turned to my colour coach to help with some inspiration. I knew that I wanted to use the Brights 6 by 6 Designer Series Paper pack and decided to go with the colour combnination of Coastal Cabana, Gorgeous Grape, Whisper White and Melon Mambo.

When it was time to colour my boots, I stamped the image in Memento ink onto a piece of Shimmery White card stock. Then using my aqua painter and Melon Mambo ink pad, I coloured the boots and fussy cut them out.

After creating the first card, I thought it would be fun to create the exact same card but in softer colours. The 2019-2020 Incolours were perfect and I decided to go with Purple Posy, Whisper White and Blackberry Bliss. When it was time to colour my boots on this card, I stamped my image in Memento Ink onto a scrap piece of white card stock. Then using my Purple Posy Stampin’ Blends, I coloured them in and fussy cut them out.

Curious minds want to know..which colour combination do you like? Please leave me a comment as I would love to know.

Need to Order Supplies: You can either email me your order OR you can head to my ONLINE STORE.  Don’t forget to use the HOSTESS CODE: AQRMGC3N AND if you bump up your order to $50 you will qualify for hostess code special for the month of March.

Thank you so much for stopping by today!!!

Season of Thanks Cards

Happy Monday!

Phew, it’s been a busy few weeks around here. I have been very busy prepping for 4 classes that I have had in the last two weeks. It’s fills my heart to be able to share my love of paper crafting with others. It just fills my bucket!

With all the craziness of prepping for classes, I decided to take a therapy break and do some colouring. I stamped the Ride with Me pick up truck image in Memento black onto a scrap piece of Whisper White card stock. Then I coloured them with the following blends: Old Olive, Bermuda Bay, Balmy Blue, Cherry Cobbler and Smoky Slate. The pumpkins were coloured with Old Olive and Pumpkin Pie Blends.

This truck makes my heart happen as my husband loved his pick up truck, I had to colour one in the Smoky Slate to look like his. Then I decided I need to create one with the old rusty colour and decided to go with a Cajun Craze. Once I was done colouring them, I fussy cut them out.

Season of Thanks was the theme for my Customer Thank you cards this month. Any one that placed an order, or came to class with be receiving this card this month! I wonder which colour of trucks will be their favourite?
