Hope you are having a great weekend. It’s a long weekend here in Canada and the first official one to kick off summer! It’s going to be hot and humid one here which means it’s good time to stay inside or the shade.
It’s been a busy week and I’m finally getting a chance to share the projects that I made with the Country Birdhouse bundle. This new bundle you can find in the 2024 Annual catalogue. When I first saw this bundle, I knew that I had to have it as I love birds and bird houses!
My project today was one that I created from a sketch. I found this sketch on the Freshly Made Sketches website and thought it would be perfect for my card.
The new County Woods Designer Series Paper pack is gorgeous. If you are a fan of the Farmhouse Decor and wood grains patterns, you are going to want to order multiply packs of it. I think my favourite pattern is the one that I used on my card, it’s reminds me of a Robin Egg’s.
My bird house, bird and flowers was stamped in Memento Ink and colour with our Stampin’ Blends.
As you can see, I used alot of different colours to create my card. Colouring with my Stampin’ Blends are one of my favourite to colour images, plus it’s so relaxing.
Measurement and Supplies for my card:
- Basic Beige card base – 5 1/2″ by 8 1/2″ score at 4 1/4″
- Basic White card stock – 3 1/4″ by 5 1/4″
- County Woods Designer Series Pager – 3/4″ by 5 1/4″
- Scraps of Pecan Pie and Basic White card stock
- Memento Ink Pad
- Stampin’ Blends: Pecan Pie, Natural Blends (100), Smoky Slate, Pool Party, Basic Black, Misty Moonlight, Wild Wheat, and Petal Pink
- Country Birdhouse Bundle
I have another project to share with you tomorrow. It’s the project we made during our Crafty Session FB video on Wednesday night. We made our 1st Christmas card of the season using this bundle.
