Last night in our Stamp with Anne Facebook Group, we had our weekly Monday night crafting session. This is the third week in a row that we gather together via a Facebook Live to create a project. Last night I share with them how to create a unique background with bubbles. This is a throwback technique and one that is so easy to do. All you need is re-inker, dish soap, a cup, water and straw. When creating my project I knew that it would be perfect background for the Freezin Fun bundle.
The cool thing about this technique is that no two projects will be the same as each one creates an unique background depending how you do it! Plus you can make them lighter or darker depending on how much re-inker you use in your bubble/water solution.
Which cute little critter do you like? I love the Penguin, the Seal and the Bunny as those are my favourite from the set. Plus the tree is the perfect tree for winter projects!
Want to create this project, here are the measurements for you:
- Balmy Blue Card Stock – 5 1/2″ by 8 1/2″, score at 4 1/4″
- Misty Moonlight Card Stock – 4″ by 5 1/4″
- White Card Stock – 3 3/4″ by 5″
You will also need white card stock scraps, thick white card stock scraps, Stampin’ Blends for colouring, Freezin Fun Bundle, and Stampin Cut and Emboss machine. I have listed all the supplies that I used for this project below.
