Hello,
Today I’m sharing with you the Make and Take that we offered at our Cardiac Rehab and Secondary Prevention Fundraiser last weekend. Before the fundraiser, I emailed all the ladies a sneak peak picture of the layout and explain that they could create this layout with a $5 donation to the fundraiser. They also made a love theme card but forgot to take a picture of it.
My theme for the Fundraiser Crop is usually Hearts as February is Heart Month. This year I used the gorgeous From my Heart Suite from Stampin’ Up! This gorgeous suite uses the colours of Real Red, Whisper White and Flirty Flamingo.
When I start creating a scrapbook page, I usually start by looking for a sketch on Pinterest. Once I find a sketch that I like it’s like a puzzle trying to figure out the elements of the page. When I started designing this page, I placed all the From My Heart Suite products on my desk and the coordinating card stock colours and then started creating my page.
Helpful Tips for my Scrapbook Page:
- Whisper White 12 by 12 Card stock
- Real Red Card stock – 4 1/4 by 4 1/4 inches
- From my Heart Specialty Designer Series Paper – 4 inches by 4 inches
- From my Heart Specialty Designer Series Paper Dot Pattern – 1 1/2 inches by 4 inches
