One of the things that I’m missing during this Pandemic is being able to meet with my team each month. I have not seen them since March and it’s makes me sad..I miss them. I had to figure out a way to connect of all us and last month we started Virtual team meetings. It’s not the same, but we are loving that we can connect, chat, network, stamp, share idea’s with each other and most of share our love for stamping together!!!
At each team meeting we also stamp together, and I want to get them a way that we could stamp and share our projects with each other while we were in the Virtual world. So on Saturday, I provided them with this sketch and ask them to have their pieces ready to go so all we have to do was assemble during the meeting.
I LOVE this new Incolour called Magenta Madness. I’m not usually a pink person but this colour is gorgeous. I used paired this colour with Coastal Cabana and Whisper White. This colour combination shouts “Summer Fun” to me and it’s one that I will use again in the future.
The new 2020 Incolour 6 by 6 Designer Series Paper is perfect match for project. The patterns in this new collection are amazing and I’m loving the new dots pattern..swoosh! I have a feel this will be the patterns that I will run out of most in the collection. With this paper collection, you get 40 sheets, 4 each of 2 double sided designs in each of the 5 incolours! Those colours are: Magneta Madness, Just Jade, Bumblebee, Misty Moonlight and Cinnamon Cider.

Yesterday, I spent some time in my studio creating which is good for the soul. I was working with the Piece of Cake bundle and need a sketch to get the creative mojo flowing. I decided to head over to the Global Designs Project blog to see what they had and lucky me this week was a sketch challenge.
I love sketch challenges as it’s like a puzzle just waiting to be solved. The only thing is that our puzzle pieces are ink, paper and stamps.
When I saw the elements in the bottom right hand corner of the sketch, I knew it would be perfect fit for my cake stand and cake. My cake stand was stamped in Memento Ink onto a piece of Melon Mambo card stock and punch out with the cake builder punch. The cake was stamped in Memento ink onto a piece of scrap white. I coloured my image with Bermuda Bay, Lovely Lipstick and Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Blends and punch it out with the Cake Builder Punch and pop it up onto my cake stand.
I chose Bright colours for my project as it’s been so cloudy and snowy here. But using these colours in my studio sure helped to brighten my day!! My colour combination is Coastal Cabana, Granny Apple Green, Melon Mambo and Whisper White. Just looking at these colours make me happy!
Would you like to play along with this week’s sketch? Head over to the Global Design Project Blog to see others used this sketch to create their projects.

Happy Monday!! I hope you had a fabulous weekend!! Yes, I`m so excited that I finally stamped and can't wait to show you what I created!!
As you know that I LOVE playing along with sketch challenges and finally had time to play with this week's Global Design Project #GDP030. This week's sketch was designed my friend Teneale Williams from Australia! I love her sketches they are always stunning!!
I decided to play with the new A Nice Cuppa Bundle. This set is perfect for creating projects for any occasions! You could use it for birthdays, thank you, retirements, congratulations and so much more.
I stamped my tea cup in Melon Mambo and die cut it out with the matching framelit and big shot machine. I love when you can stamp an image and then cut it out with the coordinating framelits and big shot machine!! Easy Peasy and you get a clean cut!!
Wondering where the scallops came from? They are from the Cutie Pie thinlits. I love when you find other uses for your framelits other then what they were meant for!!
