Thanks for stopping by today! Today, I will be sharing the projects that we made in our weekly Crafty Session Facebook Live. This week, we are featuring the Ringed of Nature Bundle that you can find in our July to December Catalogue. This gorgeous bundle is an unique one as it comes with the Ringed of Nature Stamp Set, the Tree Rings Hybrid Embossing Folders ( so embossing folder and matching dies).
Over the past few weeks, I have been re-evulating my business as we head into the new Stampin’ Up! year that starts in October. One of the things that I want to add to my business is weekly Facebook Live where I add more value for you. So what does that mean? It means that I will be sharing three projects a week with you along with the measurements, think of it like a FREE project tutorial every week!

The last card that I’m sharing I think is my favourite out of the three projects today! If you have been following me for awhile, you know that I love snowman, so of course, I had to create one of out the Rings of Love Designers Series Paper.
Isn’t he the cutest snowman? Looks like he is out on a magical snowy night!

Thanks for stopping by today! One of the things that I love is bird watching. I have a few feeders outside my studio and I love listening to them and watching them. Some of my favourite birds are Cardinals. Blue Jays, and Orioles. So, when I saw the Perched in a Tree bundle from the July to December catalogue, I had to order it! Plus, it has the most amazing dies called Aspen that you can earn for FREE during Saleabration!
One of my favourite things about this stamp set is the greetings. You can use these greetings for Christmas, Get Well, Thank you and Birthdays. When I’m choosing a stamp set, I alway look at it in two ways. First, I check out greetings and fonts and think what occasions can I use these for. Then, I look at the images and think what projects can I create with them. This is one of those gems of a stamp set that you can use the images and greetings for some many different occasions!
My project today was a CASE from the July to December catalogue. If you have been following me then you know that I also turn to the catalogue first to see what the amazing Concept Artist created and I usually pick a few cards to CASE!
Some details of the card for you:
leaves were diecut in Pool Party card stock and Cooper Foil
greeting was stamped in Early Espresso Ink onto a piece of Kraft Paper
card base is thick white – 5 1/2″ by 8 1/2″ score at 4 1/4″
white card stock – 4″ by 5 1/4″ – used the Aspen dies to die cut the scenery in it
trees were sponged with smoky slate ink and a sponge dauber
pattern paper behind the trees is from the Splendid Day Designer Series Specialty Pack
twine is the from the Baker Essential pack
As you can see this card is gorgeous and one that you can easily switch out the greeting. It’s one of those designs you can use for multiply occasions!

It’s my favourite day of the week as it’s our weekly Crafty Session get together. I love crafting with you during our Facebook Live as it’s like you are sitting with me in my studio as we craft, laugh and eat chocolate! That is a staple in my craft room!
This week in our Crafty Session video, we are making two Fancy Fold featuring the Kindest Gnomes Bundle that is part of the Storybook Gnomes Suite by Stampin’ Up!
During our Facebook Live, we chatted, stamped and created two projects that featured fancy fold cards. I share with you two template that I created and then the projects to go with them. Both of these template were inspired by my friend Jackie from Klompen Stampers. Thanks for the inspiration Jackie!
Our first project features a fancy fold template that is the perfect way to send a kindness card to a friend! The Gnomes dies work perfect with cutting out the adorable mushroom houses from the Designer Series Paper pack.
Just look at that Gnome sitting by the mushroom, how adorable is he?
Our next project is a Christmas card that feature a different fancy fold template. The neat thing about both of these templates is they use the same measurements for the base. It’s so cool how adding a few score lines make a totally different card!

I can’t believe how fast the weeks are flying by and that we are in the month of August already! Where did July go? It just felt like I was starting my summer holidays and now they are almost over! Yikes, still have another month and a list of things that I want to check off. One of those items is crafting every day in my studio as it bring me pure joy and happiness, it truly is my happy place!
Today, we are showcasing our last projects for this week’s product highlight featuring the Tree for Sale stamp set and the Tree Lot dies that you can earn for FREE during Saleabration. Sadly, the Tree Lot Dies are sold out and no longer available. I’m sad they sold out quickly but Stampin’ Up! did tell us all the items in the Saleabration flyer are while supplies last!
During the Facebook LIve, I share that I was using the colour combination of Pool Party, Real Red, Sweet Sorbet and Garden Green and that I paired by projects with the Sweet Christmas Designer Series Paper Pack.
The first card that we created in our live featuring the Tree for Sale stamp set. When you first look at this stamp set, you automatically think Christmas. I did suggest that you can use this set for other occasions by using the images in this set. You could create thank you, get well, happy retirement, and birthday cards.
The second project that we created featuring the Tree Lot Dies and the Tree for Sale stamp set. These two products are a match made in heaven. Sadly, as I type up this post the Tree Lot Dies are sold out.

When I sat down to create my projects for the week, I thought I would make a card that only focus on a greeting from the set. I really like the font in the Christmas Greeting image and decided to go with that one.
I paired by card with the gorgeous Sweetest Christmas Designer Series Paper. I love this traditional colours in this paper pack so much that I have ordered an extra few packs for my holiday creating.
I added a little embossed texture to my card by embossing the Pool Party layer with the Whimsical Wonderland 3D folder that coordinates with the Trees for Sale stamp set. It’s a match made in heaven!

How festive is this card? I love the lights hanging above the trees and the little dog is adorable. He reminds me of my dog Timbit! I actually keep thinking I wondering what Christmas will be like this year with Timbit. He was only 8 weeks when we got him last year as he was our Christmas present to us. So this year will be fun! LOL, I keep saying I’m afraid for my tree!
