Hope you are having a great day and that you found sometime to relax and recharge! I’m listening to music while I’m in my Happy Place (aka my stamp room) and working on some blog post..
This week we are featuring a brand new bundle called Endless Love along with the beautiful Made with Love Designer Series Paper. Both of these items are part of the Made with Love Suite Collection. You can find all these products in our Online Store and in our Jan to April Mini Catalogue.
Every Monday in our Stamp2Cre8 Stampers Team FB group, my team member Cindy uploads a sketch for us to try when we are creating. You know that I’m a huge fan of sketches as they are like a puzzle waiting to be solved but only with stamps, paper and inks!
When I sat down to create my projects for the week, I decided to turn to some of the sketches in our team group and went with the sketch above to create this project. This was the card that I made with my team during our Tuesday Stamp and Chat Facebook Live.
Instead of putting the Made with Love Designer Series Paper on an angle, I decided to put them straight on the card. Plus, I wanted a layer behind my Basic White Cardstock Layer, so I create a 2 1/4″ by 4 1/4″ Real Red Cardstock Layer to go behind it. It helps the layer stand out more.
The greeting was stamped in Real Red ink and the heart was stamped in Flirty Flamingo Ink. The dies were die cut from Goil Foil and Real Red Cardstock. I used the Endless Love Bundle for the greeting and die cuts.
Measurements for my Card:
- Basic White Cardstock – 5 1/2″ by 8 1/2″ score at 4 1/4″
- Real Red Cardstock – 2 1/4″ by 4 1/4″
- Basic White Cardstock – 2″ by 4″
- Made with Love Designer Series Paper – 1 5/8″ by 4 – three different patterns
