Hope you are having a great weekend and that you found some time to relax and recharge! It’s been a slow day around here and it’s been so nice. This morning, I worked on my puzzle for a few hours and now I’m in my happy place (aka my stamp room) listening to music and working on projects for next week.
This week we are featuring a brand new bundle called Lovely Arrangements along with the gorgeous Lovely Blossoms Designer Series Paper. Both of these items are part of the Lovely Blossoms Suite Collection. This new suite will be available on Jan 6, 2026 and you can find these products in our Online Store.
When I sat down to create my cards, I thought I would CASE myself and do a Stack, Slice and Shuffle cards. I decided to watch my video that I did last year and you can watch it here. I would suggest cutting your pattern paper and then watch the video to see how I did the Stack, Slice and Shuffle technique.
Measurements and Supplies on my cards:
- Card Bases – Cloud Clover – 5 1/2″ by 8 1/2″ score at 4 1/4″
- Card Layer #1 – Secret Sea – 4″ by 5 1/4″
- Pattern Paper Layer – Lovely Blossoms Designer Series Paper – 3 3/4″ by 5″ – you need 3 different designs and you want to make sure they all go horizontal
- Step 1: Stack the three patten papers together, making sure all the patterns are going horizontal.
- Step 2: Cut off 1 1/2″ inch on the left side and put that stack aside. Then turn the stack and cut off 1″ – put these two stacks aside
- Step 3: On the first stack – remove the top pattern paper and put in the back
- Step 4: On the second stack – remove the top two pattern papers and put in the back
- Step 5: This stack remains the same
This is a great way to use up your pattern paper and create a bunch of cards at once! I can’t wait to send these cards out to family and friends.
