Happy Monday!

Hope you are having a great start to your week!

This week we are featuring the Christmas Mix and Match Products that you can find in our Sept to December Catalogue or in our Online store. In this section, you will find the Christmas Tags and More Mix 6″ by 6″ Mix and Match Specialty Paper, The Christmas Greeting Mix and Match Specialty Cards and Envelopes, and the Greeting for you Mix and Match Ephemera Pack.

This is a fun product to create with as you can mix and match the projects to create cards or scrapbook pages. This week I will be sharing different ways to use it.

Today, I’m sharing with you a card that I made from a sketch challenge that was posted in our team group. Each Monday, my team member Cindy, post a sketch for us to try and then we share our cards with in the comment. I love sketches as they are a puzzle waiting to be solved but only with stamp, paper and inks.

My card uses the Christmas Tags and More 6″ by 6″ Specialty Paper. I took a piece of pattern paper and cut it into 4″ by 5 1/4″ piece and then cut the paper from corner to corner with my paper trimmer. Then I took another piece of paper and did the same thing. This way you get four pieces of two different patterns.

My circle was cut from the Stylish Shape Dies and White Willow Two Tone Cardstock. The wreath and cardinal are die cut images that came from the Christmas Tags and More Specialty Paper. The greeting came from the Christmas Greeting Mix and Match Ephemera Pack.

Measurements for my card:

  • Cherry Cobbler Cardstock – 5 1/2″ by 8 1/2″ score at 4 1/4″
  • Christmas Tags and More Paper – 4″ by 5 1/4″ – two pieces
  • White Willow Two Tone Cardstock – scraps

Set your alarms and join me this week for our Crafty Session Youtube Live video on Wednesday Nov 12 at 7pm EST over on Youtube.  I will be sharing with you how to create three cards using the Christmas Tags and More 6″ by 6″ Mix and Match Specialty Paper, The Chrsitmas Greeting Mix and Match Specialty Cards and Envelopes, and the Greeting for you Mix and Match Ephemera Pack.
