Happy Friday!
Hope you are having a great start to your weekend! Its a quiet day around here which is so nice after my busy week. I’m looking forward to working on my puzzle and working in my stamp room.
Today, I’m sharing the project that we made in our Wednesday night Crafty Session FB Live video. This week we are featuring the Weekend Adventure Stamp Set and the Weekend Adventure Designer Series Paper and Sticker Sheet. You can find these items in our Annual catalogue and online in our Online store.

When I sat down to create my projects for the week and was looking at the Weekend Adventure Stamp Set, I thought it would be fun to card with a little bit of farmhouse decor using the mug and the flowers.

I thought this would be something you would find on a desk, or counter in a home or office. I stamped the mug image onto a piece of the Weekend Adventure Designer Series Paper using Memento Ink and then fussy cut it out. My flower image was stamped on Very Vanilla cardstock with Memento Ink and colour with the following Stampin’ Blends: Cajun Craze, Old Olive, Daffodil Delight and Calyspo Coral.
My layout for my card was inspired by a sketch template the my team member Cindy post in our Stamp2Cre8 Team group. I love using sketches as it’s like a puzzle waiting to be solved but only with stamp, paper and inks.

This will be one sketch that I will use again, I think it would be fun to create a Christmas card with.

Have you tried our Two-Tone cardstock? I love that you can crumble it, tear it, emboss and sand it. It’s a great way to add a little bit of texture to your card.

I have a few more samples to share with you over the weekend! I hope I have inspired you to look at these products and add them to your collection? Or maybe I have inspired you to take them off your shelf and create with them! If you do create projects, I would love to see them!
