Prairie Grass So Very Sorry Card

Happy Monday!

I can’t believe that it’s the last week of summer! Where did it go? It feels more like Fall here today as the temperature are much cooler. This is my kind of weather cool in the morning, warm in the day and cool at night. Bring on everything Fall!

This week I’m featuring the Prairie Grass stamp set and Masking Paper. This stamp set has been so popular and I finally was able order it. This set is perfect for sending cards for those difficult times in life to our family and friends. You can find this stamp set in our Online store.

The Thoughtful Journey Designer Series Paper is the perfect match for the Prairie Grass Stamp Set. The watercolour patterns make beautiful backgrounds for your grass.

I stamped the large grass image in Memento Ink onto my Thoughtful Journey Designer Series Paper. I adhere this to the Basic White cards stock. I wrapped Linen Thread around this layer and secure the ends. This layer was adhere to my Pretty Peacock cardbase.

My die cut was cut from my top favourite die the Stylish Shape Dies. The greeting was stamped in Memento Ink and adhere to the card base with dimensionals.

Measurements for my card:

Pretty Peacock Cardbase – 5 1/2″ by 8 1/2″ score at 4 1/4″
Basic White cardstock – 4″ by 5 1/4″
Thoughtful Journey Designer Series Paper – 3 3/4″ by 5″
