Hope you are having a great day! It’s a hot and humid day here with temperatures of 40 degree Celsius. I’m not a fan of the heat or the humid so it’s a great day to stay indoor and craft!
Today, I’m sharing the another project with you featuring the Beautiful Butterflies Bundle that you can find in our Online Store! The Beautiful Butterflies bundle was in our Jan to April catalogue and carryover into our Online store. I’m so glad that it did as it has been sitting on my shelf and was uninked!
For my card today, I wanted to focus on the beautiful Hybrid Embossing Folder. The neat thing about the Hybrid embossing folder is that you can emboss and die cut at the same time. I thought I would create a butterfly with the new Strawberry Slush card stock, as it’s my top favourite colour!
I chose not to put a greeting on this card so that I could use it for any occasion! The Basic White card stock layer was embossed with the Beautiful Butterflies Hybrid Embossing Folder. The butterfly was die cut out with the Beautiful Butterflies dies.
Measurement for my card:
- Card stock base – Thick Basic White – 5 1/2″ by 8 1/2″ score at 4 1/4″
- Card stock – Basic White – 4″ by 5 1/4″
- Card stock scraps: Strawberry Slush, Basic Black
