Today, I’m sharing a card that I made with the Layered Thoughts stamp set. While we were at Onstage, I was browsing the new Annual catalogue and as soon as I saw the Layered Thoughts stamp set, I knew that I wanted to add it to my collection as it would be perfect for Scrapbooking and Card Making. I was so excited when we won this stamp set as all attendee giveaway!
When I sat down to create my cards for the week, I wanted to challenge myself to make different theme cards using the Layered Thoughts stamp set. I had the Floral Impression Designer Series paper on my desk and thought I would use it.
My Basic White card stock was embossed with the Soft Waves Embossing Folder. The Floral Impression Designer Series Paper was adhere to the Basic White layer and then to the Basic White Thick Card base. My title was stamped in Secret Sea ink onto a Basic White Textured Note die cut that was layered onto a Strawberry Slush card stock. The finishing touches was the Secret Sea Flat Dots.
Measurements for my Thinking of You Card:
- Basic White Thick Card stock – 5 1/2″ by 8 1/2″ score at 4 1/4″
- Basic White Card stock – 4″ by 5 1/4″
- Floral Impression Designer Series Paper – 2″ by 5 1/4″
- Strawberry Slush Card stock – 2 1/2″ by 4″
- Basic White Texture Note Die Cut
