Hope you are having a great day! It’s been a busy one around here with some appointments this morning and now I’m working in my room!
Today, I’m sharing with you one of the cards that we will be making in our Card Class To Go FB Live Crafty Session tonight Wed July 31 at 7pm EST. These cards are focused around the Seaside Wishes bundle that you can find in our Annual 2024 catalogue.
The card that I’m sharing today is designed around one of the sketch templates that you will find on page 22 of our 2024 Annual catalogue. When I sit down to create a card, I love to find a sketch to work with, as it’s like a puzzle that is waiting to be solved only with stamps, paper and inks!
I decided to pair my cards with the beautiful Country Woods Designer Series Paper as it’s the perfect fit for my Seaside Wishes cards. The wood planks remind me of walking on a plank boardwalk to get to the sea for a little rest and relaxation day at the beach.
The Seaside Wishes bundle is a Hybrid Embossing Folder that you can use to emboss and cut out your images at the same time. The dies in this bundle are stunning and truly takes to the Sea. It’s like you are walking on the beach collecting all the sand dollars, star fish and sea urchins.
The new Basic Beige colour is the perfect match for my sea inspired card. It’s a new colour that Stampin’ Up! add to it’s core colours with the 2024 Annual catalogue.
