Hope you are having a great day! After a fun filled weekend, I’m taking it easy today and spending some time in my room working and catching up on some training!
This week, I will be focusing on the adorable Sweetest Cherries stamp set. This stamp set was a carryover from last annual catalogue and one that I have had my eye on for a long time. Once, I knew it carrying over into this year Annual catalogue, I had to get it. I’m so glad I did, it creates the most adorable cards!
The Sweetest Cherries stamp set coordinates with the Cherry Builder Punch, which is a match made in heaven. All you have to do is stamp your images and punch them out or punch out pieces from card stock to create cherries for you projects.
For my card that I’m sharing with you today, I decided to punch out cherries from Poppy Parade card stock and then add a little bit of Poppy Parade ink to them with a sponge dauber as this adds a little bit of extra depth to them. I’m a huge fan of bold greeting and I love that this stamp set has a bold “Sweet” greeting and then smaller greetings that you can mix and match with it.
Measurements and Supplies for Sweet Birthday Wishes Card
- Thick White cardstock base – 5 1/2″ by 8 1/2″ score at 4 1/4″
- Lemon Lime Twist card stock – 3 1/2″ by 3 3/4″
- Poppy Parade card stock – 3 1/2″ by 3 3/4″
- Basic White card stock – 3 1/4″ by 4 1/2″
- Scrap card stock of Early Espresso, Poppy Parade, and Lemon Lime Twist
- Early Espresso ink pad
- Poppy Parade ink pad
- Sponge daubers
- Sweetest Cherries stamp set
- Cherry Builder Punch
