Hello,
Today, I’m sharing the last project with you that I made using the Soft Seedlings stamp set. I absoutely love this stamp set and feel it’s one that you would want in your collection! You could use it nature cards, scrapbook pages, masculine cards, thinking of you, get well, retirement, Fall birthdays and I’m sure the list goes on!
The neat thing about this stamp set is it’s a DisINKtive stamp set which means it created different opacities in a single stamped image. When you stamp the images, they look so real looking!
For my project today, I wanted to create a #simplystamping card that only used paper, stamps, ink. I decided to make my card a thinking of you card so I could enter it into this month’s #simplystamping challenge from Stampin’ Up!
My card came together fairly quickly. First, I stamped the leaves in Daffodil Delight ink on to a piece of white card stock . I made sure to keep them very close to the edge of my card as I knew I would be layering a few other colours. Next, I stamped the leaves in Pumpkin Pie ink and randomly going over the first layer of Daffodil Delight. My last layer was stamped in Cherry Cobbler and I decided to go over the other two layers randomly so it looked like a collection of leaves in the sky! My greeting was stamped in Mossy Meadows ink.
I love how this card turned out and I think it would be one to recreate for a few different occasions!

Did you stamp the cherry cobbler first and work your way up the page? It looks like the cherry under the pumpkin which is under the daffodil. Beautiful card!
HI Debbie, I actually started with the Daffodil Delight, then layered Pumpkin Pie and then finished off with Cherry Cobbler. Aww thank you!
Beautiful card! Thank you, but how did you not show the stem and seeds? Thank you again.
Thank you, I only inked the part that I wanted and used a sticky note to cover up the rest that I didn’t want.
