Hope you are having a great day! Well, my day yesterday was interesting in terms of video’s. I knew that I wouldn’t be able to do our weekly Facebook Live video, so I thought I would do a pre-recorded video and bring the crafty projects to you. Well, I started the video and all was going well and then when I went to end the video, I saw that it had stopped recording. Yikes…my video just stopped.
But, I did jump onto Facebook and do a quick live to share the projects with you. Trying to make lemonade out of lemons! Technology just wasn’t on my side yesterday, I guess that is what happens when you try to do things out of the normal routine. So today, I will be bringing two video’s for you.
Last week, I have been focusing on the Simply Fabulous stamp set that you can find in our annual catalogue.
As, I shared with you in the video, you should look at this stamp set in two ways. The first is to look at the big and bold greeting that you can use for many different occasions and then the flowers and leaves. There are so many different ways you could use this stamp set. I hope that I have inspired you this past week with all the ways that I have used this stamp set!
My first project that I’ms sharing with you is CASE ( Copy and Share Everything) from the Annual catalogue. When I saw this sample, I knew that I had to share it with you. The really cool technique on this sample is that you use the Calypso Coral Light Stampin’ Blend to colour over the Butterfly Kisses Designer Series Paper. How cool is that!
The second project that I’m sharing with you is a Fancy Fold Card template called Folded Corner Card that was inspired by my team member Laurie. When I received my card in the mail from Laurie, I had to ask what the fancy fold was and then had to give it a try with this stamp set.
What do you think? Isn’ that a cool fancy fold card!! I do have another sample that I made using the Starry Sky colour and you can see it in my video.
