Hello,
Last weekend, when I was shopping I came across these adorable Ghost Gingerbread Cookies. I couldn’t resist those cute cookies and thought they would be perfect for a project this week when I was showcasing Spooky Sweets Bundle.
This project came together very quickly and it’s one that you could easily mass produce for co-workers, family, students, friends and just to hand out to brighten someone day! I have to tell you these cookies are delicious!! I can’t wait to see if they have fun ones for Christmas!!
My Cello Topper was easy to create. First, using the Big Shot Machine, I cut out the following pieces. A black die cut from the Foliage Frames Framelits, the Spider Web was cut out from Black Foil Paper and the Cauldron Framelits. Once I had those pieces, I staple the black frame to my cello bag and then adhere the spider web with glue.
To create the greeting, i punch out 1 1/2″ circle from Whisper White card stock. Using the speckle stamp image from the Spooky Sweets, I stamp the image onto the circle with memento ink. I stamped off so it would be a softer tone. Then I stamp the greeting with Gorgeous Grape ink onto the circle. Using the bats from the Spooky Sweets stamp set, I stamped them in Memento ink onto a scrap piece of whisper white card stock. Then using the Spooky Bat punch, I punched them out. I adhere the bat to the circle with glue dots and then added red rhinestones for his eyes. Then I adhere the circle to my cello bag with a dimensional.
Hmm, I wonder who I will give this fun cookie to?
