Back in August, I participate in a swap group with other leaders here in Canada. Our theme was Holiday and any new product from the Holiday Catalogue.
I wanted to keep my card simple and easy as I had to create 20 of one kind and I signed up for two groups. When looking at the holiday catalogue products I had on hand, the Dashing Deer bundle was calling my name.
I pulled my colour combination from the Joyous Noel Speciality Designer Series Paper pack. I went with Merry Merlot, Sahara Sand and Whisper White. This combination is stunning together!!!
The finishing touch on the card was the Merry Merlot and Copper 5/8″ Reversible Ribbon. If you LOVE ribbon then this is a MUST in your collection!!!

One of my favourite thing as a demonstrator is networking with other demonstrators. One of the ways that we do this is my participating in an Organized Swap! Last month, I participated in two different swap with two different leaders. We had to create 20 full cards using new products. Each swap card has to have 3 layers, and an embellishment. Then we would mail them to the organizer and she would swap them out and sent back to us 20 different card.
Animal Outing stamp set was one of the products that I used for my swap card. I found a sketch online and then used my colour coach to find a colour combination.
My colour combination was Early Espresso, Old Olive and Pineapple Punch.
When looking at the stamp set I decided that this would make a super cute baby card. When I think of baby cards, I think of cute jungle animals especially baby giraffes. The leaves were coloured with the Old Olive Stampin’ Blends and the Giraffe was coloured with Pineapple Punch, Daffodil Delight and Crumb Cake. I was one of the lucky one to received the Pineapple Punch stampin’ blend at Onstage in April.
Great news Stampin’ Blends are available again! Which means that you can start stocking up on your favourites. Just a note, the new Stampin’ Blends will be available in the coming weeks. I will keep you posted when they are availalbe for purchase.
You can order these supplies too! You’ll find all of these Stampin’ Up! supplies in my ONLINE STAMPIN’ UP! STORE by clicking on all of the photo’s below.

A few weeks ago, I posted a sneak peak of a project I was working on in my Facebook groups and had asked my customers what I was creating. There was lots of fun answers and I'm excited to finally be able to share my card with you!!
I had to hold off sharing my final card as I was waiting to make sure everyone that participated in the swap that I was in had received their packages in the mail as I didn't want to spoil the fun for them on social media.
I'm LOVING this colour combination of Basic Black, Old Olive and Whisper White. This won't be a colour combination that I would picked for Christmas, and I'm so glad that Stamping' Up! shared it with us in the beautiful designer series paper called Merry Little Christmas!!
I have created a list of the supplies that I have used on my project incase you want to recreate the card!!

Last week, we have our monthly downline meeting. Each month, my team gathers at my house for an afternoon of creating, sharing, stamping and training. These meeting always leaves me feeling inspired by my team members as they always have fabulous idea's that they share with us.
One of my side-lines Heather shared this beautiful swap card with me. She had created this swap card for a training event that she went to in July. The theme was Christmas and I'm so happy that she shared it with me..it's beautiful!!!
Heather used the Embellished Ornament stamp set and matching Delicate Ornament framelits on her card. I love how she used the Fabulous Fold Designer Acetate to create the inside of the ornament! The colour combo that she used is gorgeous! She used Gold, Cherry Cobbler and Tip Top Taupe!! I think I might have to CASE this card and add it to an upcoming Christmas Stamp a Stack!! Thanks for sharing your beautiful swap with me Heather!!
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!!
