Hope you had a great weekend. It was another busy one around here but I did manage to spend a few hours in my studio catching up on some tasks and prepping for classes. We are slowly getting back into the routine and figuring out our new ” norm.”
Today, I’m popping in to share a project that I made back in August with the Penguin Playmates Designer Series Paper. This has to be one of my top favourite pattern paper packs. I love the colour and all the adorable winter animals!
My card was inspired by a sketch that I had seen online. I love the layout and thought it would be the perfect match for my Penguin and Igloo.
To create the Igloo, I cut out a white circle with the Layering Circle dies and the Stampin’ Cut and Emboss Machine. The circle was embossed with the Brick and Mortar 3D Embossing folder which helped create the Igloo look. Then using a small circle punch, I cut out a hole for my opening to my Igloo. This was then layered onto a Balmy Blue Scallop Circle that was cut out from the Layering Circle dies and the Stampin’ Cut and Emboss Machine.

Hope you are having a great day! It’s another hot and humid one here in Ontario with temperatures reaching low 40’s with the humidex. That sounds like the perfect day to stay inside my studio and stamp!
My friend and I were stamping together, we brainstorm and came up with this card. We vision the sheep dancing as they get ready to go to a party. There was so happy that they were dancing in the field as it’s been a long time since they saw their barn animal friends.
Our sheep were stamped in Memento Ink onto white cardstock and coloured with the Stampin’ Blends. Once we were done colouring, we die-cut them out with the Sheep Dies and the Mini Stamp Cut and Emboss Machine. The pattern paper is from the Peaceful Print Designer Series Paper that you can earn for FREE also during Salebration. The greeting is from the die cut word from Birthday Chick dies.

Last week in our Monday Night Crafting Session, I shared a baby card similar to the one that I made for my Great Nephew for his Meet and Greet Baby Shower. We were finally able to get together to celebrate his birth with family after having to cancel a few times due to lockdown situations here in Ontario.
My card was inspired by one that I received as a Swap card recently from a fellow demonstrator named Glenda. Thanks for the inspiration Glenda! My card used the adorable Counting Sheep stamp set and the matching sheep dies. Both of these products are one that you can earn for FREE with a $60 order during second round of Saleabration.
