Soft Seedling Fall Card featuring 2 Cards and Fancy Fold – Crafty Session #66

Hello,

Thanks for stopping by today! I hope you are having a great week so far! It’s been a busy one around here with errands as we get one of my daughters prepped for going back to University! One day is rolling into the next and today is the first day I had a chance to sit down and write this blog post!

This week, I’m featuring the Soft Seedlings Stamp set. I love Fall and everything that has to do with it! I love the cooler days, the beautiful fall colours, pumpkin and apple desserts and of course back to rountine! Don’t get me wrong, I do love the lazy days of summer but I do love routine!

With heading back into our Fall routine, I have decided to switch my Crafty Session Facebook Live from Sunday morning to Wednesday night at 7:30pm. Plus, I will be bringing you more value by showcasing 3 projects along with the measurements for you. The measurements will be posted on my Stamp with Anne Facebook Page!

The first card that I’m sharing today was the first card that we created in our Facebook Live. I used a previous mystery challenge for my pieces and love how it turned out.

The second card that we made features the beautiful Rustic Harvest Designer Series Paper pack. Actually I paired all my card with this pattern paper, and it’s gorgeous. I love the rustic feel and gorgeous colours in it! The neat thing about this paper, is one side has gorgeous patterns and the other side is black and white which means you can use it for any occasion!

The third card that we made was a Fancy Fold card and I love how it turned out!I saw this fancy fold template on Jackie blog’s and I knew that I had to recreate it as it was such a unique fold!

What do you think? Aren’t those colours gorgeous today! I used Cajun Craze, Mossy Meadows, Black and White.

Perched in a Tree – Here for you Card CASE

Hello,

Thanks for stopping by today! One of the things that I love is bird watching. I have a few feeders outside my studio and I love listening to them and watching them. Some of my favourite birds are Cardinals. Blue Jays, and Orioles. So, when I saw the Perched in a Tree bundle from the July to December catalogue, I had to order it! Plus, it has the most amazing dies called Aspen that you can earn for FREE during Saleabration!

One of my favourite things about this stamp set is the greetings. You can use these greetings for Christmas, Get Well, Thank you and Birthdays. When I’m choosing a stamp set, I alway look at it in two ways. First, I check out greetings and fonts and think what occasions can I use these for. Then, I look at the images and think what projects can I create with them. This is one of those gems of a stamp set that you can use the images and greetings for some many different occasions!

My project today was a CASE from the July to December catalogue. If you have been following me then you know that I also turn to the catalogue first to see what the amazing Concept Artist created and I usually pick a few cards to CASE!

Some details of the card for you:

  • leaves were diecut in Pool Party card stock and Cooper Foil
  • greeting was stamped in Early Espresso Ink onto a piece of Kraft Paper
  • card base is thick white – 5 1/2″ by 8 1/2″  score at 4 1/4″
  • white card stock – 4″ by 5 1/4″ – used the Aspen dies to die cut the scenery in it
  • trees were sponged with smoky slate ink and a sponge dauber
  • pattern paper behind the trees is from the Splendid Day Designer Series Specialty Pack
  • twine is the from the Baker Essential pack

As you can see this card is gorgeous and one that you can easily switch out the greeting. It’s one of those designs you can use for multiply occasions!

Splendid Day Sending Hugs Card CASE

Hello,

One of the things that I love about being a demonstrator is being able to order new products ahead of time during pre-order. Back in May, we were able to order this new Suite from the July to December catalogue as we would be using it in an event with Stampin’ Up! in June called Creativity Now!

The suite that we were able to preorder is called Splendid Day and it’s from the July to December catalogue. This new suite is gorgeous with foil paper, beautiful floral designs and the best part is it was designed by one of our Million Dollar Achiever Mary Ammar! Thanks for the gorgeous design!

Suite collection are a great way to sample the products as a collection. In this suite, you will receive the Splendid Thoughts Bundle ( stamp set and dies), Splendid Day 12 by 12 Specialty Designer Series Paper, the Soft Sea Foam 3/8″ Seam Binding Ribbon, and the Open Leaf Trinkets.

The card that I’m sharing today was one that I made during the Creativity Now event. Sadly I couldn’t participate live but was enjoyed watching the replay and creating these projects in my studio (aka happy place).

My favourite part about this suite is that they are solid and outline images which gives you so many different ways to use this stamp set! I also love the colour combination of Petal Pink, Soft Sea Foam, Pool Party, Fresh Freesia, Sahara Sand and Copper.

Hello Ladybug Card

Happy Monday!

Thanks for stopping by today! On the weekend, I spent sometime in my room playing with the Hello Ladybug Bundle and creating a bunch of samples to share with you this week. I chose this bundle because I love that it has a punch to go with it and right now we are seeing ladybugs in the gardens! So that is where my inspiration comes from for some of my projects.

The card that I’m sharing today is one that I created awhile back. It featured the Artfully Composed Designer Series Paper. This paper is currently on the Last Chance List and is on sale right now!  Now you will want to act quickly if you love this paper as it’s only available while supplies last!

I think my favourite thing about this card is the colour combination! I love the Pale Papaya, White and Black together and throw in the gorgeous pattern paper and you have a match made in heaven!

Bottled Happiness Swap Card

Hello,

All this week, I will be featuring the Bottled Happiness Bundle that features the Bottled of Happiness stamp set and coordinating Vintage Bottle Punch. Over the course of the week, I will be sharing different ways to use this adorable bundle.

The first card that I’m sharing with you today is the one that I received from my friend Heather. Heather had made this card for a Virtual swap for Ontour. Both of us had received this stamp set during the Ontour Event.

Isn’t this card gorgeous! Heather used the gorgeous colour of Misty Moonlight ( that is now retired), I love the combination of blue and white, it look like she took the pattern from a vase for her inspiration! She stamped the bottle and leaves in Misty Moonlight and stamp the greeting in that colour also.

The pattern paper is from the Heart and Home Designer Series Paper that is part of the Heart and Home Suite that is from the January to June catalogue. Now this catalogue is only good till June 30. The Last Chance list will be out soon and will be well supplies last!
