Hope you are having a great weekend! It’s an extra long weekend here in Canada as we celebrate Thanksgiving! There are many things I’m grateful for in life and I appreciate each and every one of you that stops by my blog. So thank you for being on this crafty journey with me!

Sorry for the delay in posting this post, but I have been having some problems with my computer and finally got a chance for my daughter to look at it. Fingers crossed we are good moving forward!

Today, I’m sharing the Fancy Fold card that we made this week in our Wednesday Night Crafty Session. I focused on Embossing Folder this week and wanted to share different way to use them. For my card, I decided to emboss the Designer Series Paper as my way of showing you alternate way to use the Embossing Folder.

Come create with me! I have shared this video to my YOUTUBE CHANNEL or you can watch it below. Want to see more videos from me, be sure to subscribe to my YOUTUBE channel and make sure to click on the notification button. Thank you so much for crafting with me.

When I was designing my card, I thought it would be fun to use the Merry Melody Embossing Folder to make it a fun festive card that featured music notes. It made me think of Christmas music and that my moose was heading out to a festive party!!

Measurement and Supplies for my card:

  • Thick White card stock – 4 1/4″ by 11″ score at 5 1/2″
  • Poppy Parade card stock – 3″ by 8 1/2″ – fold in half
  • Basic White card stock – 2 3/4″ by 4″ – need 2 pieces
  • Merry Bold and Bright Designer Series Paper – 4″ by 5 1/4″,  2 1/2″ by 4″ ( 2 pieces)
  • Merry Melody Embossing Folder
  • Granny Apple Green Ink pad
  • Natural Tones, Granny Apple Green, Poppy Parade, Crumb Cake and Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blends

What did you think of this Fancy Fold? It’s super easy and one that you can easily switch up for different occasions! I hope you enjoyed all the samples that I shared with you in the video showcasing different Embossing Folder. As I mention in the video, these are some of my favourite tools to use when I’m crafting!
