Thanks so much for stopping by today! As I was creating my project yesterday afternoon, I was enjoying watching the snow fall outside my studio window. It was so pretty, but I have to say it’s a bit early still for me. Don’t get me wrong, I love the snow but I like it more in December around the hoildays!

Since it was snowing and I was listening to Christmas music which is one of my favourite things to do, I thought it would be fun to  create my customer thank you cards for the month using the Snowman Season Stamp Set. One of my favourite things to collect is Snowman and you can usually find them throughout the house during the winter months.

As I was looking for pattern paper to pair with my winter theme card, I came come this gorgeous pattern in the Beauty of the Earth Designer Series Paper Pack and knew it was a match made in heaven for my snowy friend! Looks like he is having fun in the snowy weather.

To add a little bit of glitter to snowman I used the Wink of Stella Glitter Brush! This brush is a MUST in your craft room. I used it on my project to create a little glitter on the snowflakes and on the ground. This way it create the look that the snowman was dancing in fresh fallen snow!

As you can see, I had tons of fun creating these simply note card thank you for my customers. My pattern paper is cut into 3/4″ by 5″ stripes from the Beauty of the Earth Designer Series Paper. This is one paper that can take you through the year as their is paper for every season!

Thanks so much for stopping by today! It’s an holiday here in Canada as we celebrate our Thanksgiving weekend. We have so much to be blessed and thankful for this year! I’m grateful for each and everyone of you that support my Stampin’ Up! business and most of all I’m grateful for the friendship that I have meet along the way!

I created these card for my thank you card this month as I wanted them to know I appreciate their support with my business but most of all I appreciate their friendship. I have met the best friends through this stamping journey and I can’t imagine life without them.

Here in Canada we are very lucky to have 4 seasons and my favourite is Fall. I love everything about Fall, yummy pumpkin and apple desserts, cooler weather and most of watching all the leaves change to gorgeous colours of red, orange and yellow! It sure  makes beautiful scenery!

So my inspiration for my card today came from the beautiful colours in the leaves. I used the Gorgeous Leaves stamp set and stamped my leaves in Bumblebee Ink and Cajun Craze Ink on to a piece of white card stock. Then using the Stampin’ Cut and Emboss machine, I cut them out with the matching Intricate Leaves dies. The layout for my card was inspired by one that I saw on my friend Patty’s blog. One of my favourite things to do is to inspired by other projects and then use the sketch to create my own. Thanks for the inspiration Patty!

Pansy Petal Stamping Resources

Hello,

Last month, my Online Class featured the gorgeous Pansy Petal Bundle. I’m a huge fan of flowers and knew that this would be the perfect bundle for my collection. Now, before I sat down to create my projects I had to take a trip to our local garden centre to see the colours that were in a pansy.

I didn’t realize that there were so many possibilities for colour combinations. After my trip to Heemans our local garden centre I decided to start playing around with colour combinations for my Pansies.

When I first sat down to start stamping, I had to admit I was a little intimidated with number of stamps and which one to use to create the pansies. So I decided to create a cheat sheet that showed me the steps on how to create a big pansy.

Having this little cheat sheet really helped each time I sat down to stamp gorgeous pansies!

I wanted to share a resource with my Online Class participants to show them all the possibilities that they could do with the Pansy Petal Bundle which consist of the Pansy Petal Stamp Set and the Pansy Dies. As you can see from the above resource sheet the idea’s are endless.

I hope you have found these resource helpful and I hope that it will help you create gorgeous projects each time you stamp with the Pansy Petal Bundle.

All the supplies that I used on my projects today are available in my Online Stampin’ UP! Store by clicking the products photos at the bottom of this post. Thank you for crafting with me and supporting my business!

Hope you are having a great start to your week! Today, I’m sharing a project that we made in our Monday Night Crafting Session. I’m popping in quickly to share a  Monday Night Crafting Session project with you. For this crafting session we focus on the Sweet Strawberry Bundle. Strawberries are in FULL swing here in Ontario and they are so yummy, and they were the inspiration for my project today!

This sweet little box is filled with a surprise inside and is the perfect gift to let others know you are thinking of them. My box was made with the Scallop Contour Dies.

The black pattern paper behind the strawberries was the perfect backdrop as it make it look like the strawberries are sitting on a table cloth on a table.
