When I first saw this bundle in the Occasions catalogue, I knew that I had to have it! My husband loved puttering in his garage and this set reminds me of those special moments. Bloom and Grow Sample # 4 – Onstage Quebec City Presentation

Hello,

It’s been a busy few days here and I’m finally catching up a few things like posting to my blog. I’m really hoping to stamp tomorrow it feels like FOREVER since I have stamped in my studio!! It just what this stamper needs! Stamping is my therapy!

When I did my presentation at the Onstage Quebec City, I wanted to show my fellow demonstrators how I would use this bundle in my business! One way I would use this bundle is to create thank you cards for my customers. Each month, I send thank you cards to my customers that place orders with me.

This card came together fairly quickly as I used the Whisper White Notecard and Envelopes as my base. Then I stamped the flower in Memento Ink and coloured with my Stampin’ Blends. I used the following colours: Balmy Blue, Highland Heather and Granny Apple Green. The greeting was stamped in Memento Ink. These flowers remind me of the Spring Season when the earth starts to pop up beautiful colours!

Need to order supplies: You can either email me your order OR you can head to my ONLINE STORE.  Don’t forget to use the HOSTESS CODE: K3YKCQMK AND if you bump up your order to $50 you will qualify for hostess code special for the month of April.

Just a reminder that the Bloom and Grow Bundle will be a new product in 2019 -2020 Annual Catalogue that will start on June 4, 2019.

Thanks for stopping by and have a fabulous day!!

Bloom and Grow Display Sample #2- Quebec Onstage Presentation

Hello,

I have another sample to share with you that I created for my Display Board at Onstage Quebec City, Quebec. I was given the Bloom and Grow Bundle to create my samples with. I have to say this bundle is designed for colouring technique and colouring tools and for the AVID Stamper!!

This project reminds me of a picture frame with flowers in it. I stamped my flowers onto a piece of White card stock in Memento Ink. Then I coloured them with my Stampin’ Blends using the following colours:  Old Olive, Blackberry Bliss, Daffodil Delight and a little splash of Bermuda Bay.

Then using my Rectangle dies, I laid them on my piece of Whisper White and then I cut them out with the Big Shot Machine. I love the finally look of this project!

Need to order supplies: You can either email me your order OR you can head to my ONLINE STORE.  Don’t forget to use the HOSTESS CODE: K3YKCQMK AND if you bump up your order to $50 you will qualify for hostess code special for the month of April.

Onstage Quebec City – Bloom and Grow Presentation

Hello,

I’m back from an AMAZING weekend in Quebec City, Quebec! I was there with 7 other members of my team and we had a blast! We were attending Stampin’ Up! Onstage Event. We had so much fun and I have tons to share with you and I can’t wait to share those with you over the next few weeks.

But I finally get to share my news with you. I was ask to be a presenter on Main Stage for our local Onstage Event. Back in January, Dale Hampshire email me to ask it I would like to present. I have to admit I was very excited and nervous at the same time and I gladly accepted.

I was asked to create samples with the new Bloom and Grow Bundle ( stamp set and dies)  that will be available in 2019 Annual Catalogue. I had to create 3 to 4 projects for my Main Stage presentation and 6 more for the display boards. This is one of the samples that I created for the Display Board.

This new stamp set is meant for a variety of colouring techniques and products. On this sample, I coloured the Flowers with my Stampin’ Blends. I used Poppy Parade, Daffodil Delight and Granny Apple Green. I did a little colour wash in the background with my Aqua Painter and Pool Party ink pad. This technique is very trendy! Then I add a little flecking with my Black Marker.

I can’t wait to share my other samples with you over the next week!

Need to order supplies: You can either email me your order OR you can head to my ONLINE STORE.  Don’t forget to use the HOSTESS CODE: K3YKCQMK AND if you bump up your order to $50 you will qualify for hostess code special for the month of April.

February Me Scrapbook Page

Hello,

When I was going through my pictures for my blog, I realized that I didn’t share my February Me Scrapbook Layout with you. I was inspired by a page that I saw in Scrapbook Cards and Today Magazine. I love the idea of a page about “Me” and I thought it would be the perfect way to reflect on Mindful Activities that I like to do during those long Winter months.

Lots of elements on this page which adds to the feel of the page. Reminds me of all the Mindful activities that I do! I pulled the colours for my page from my hat and a winter jacket. I went with Bermuda Bay, Real Red, White and Basic Black.

Details of my page:

  • Artisan Textured Stamp Set
  • Swirly Frames Stamp Set
  • Stitched Shape Dies
  • Friendly Expression Stamp Set
  • Stitched All Around Stamp Set

Fable Friends Easter Card

Hello,

When I was looking for a sketch for my project today, I came across this sketch design on my friend Erica Cerwin’s Blog and I knew it would work perfect for my Easter Card! Thanks for the inspiration Erica!

I was creating a bunch of Easter cards and I knew this sketch would work for the Duck Images from the Fable Friends stamp set. Aren’t they cute?

I couldn’t stop there, so I created the exact same card but with a different pattern paper.

Both of my cards used Daffodil Delight, Granny Apple Green, Whisper White and Basic Black card stock. The pattern paper is from the Bright 6 by 6 Designer Series Paper pack.

My Duck images were coloured with the following Stampin’ Blends: Mango Melody, Daffodil Delight, Highland Heather, Balmy Blue and Granny Apple Green.

So which card would you pick? The Stripes or the Polka Dotes?
